Breathing

With Trees

It's about connection and relationship.

Breathing With Trees is a gentle body and breath practice in the presence of trees.

It is similar to forest bathing with a focus on movement, breathing and relating. It makes a big difference if I connect with my body and my breath alone or in the presence of a tree. A tree can be a benign and trustworthy partner and role-model to experience grounding, movement, touch, expansion and containment and, of course, the breath.

Breathing is an act of trust

What can we learn about ourselves when we let ourselves be breathed rather than doing something with our breathing?
